Financial Arrangements
To avoid costly billing fees, we request payment at the time of service. We also request a paid deposit in advance to schedule a surgical or sedation appointment. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
Pay Online
During your complete dental examination, if any treatment is needed, we will develop a treatment plan and go over the related fees with you. Your Magnolia Dental Spa Treatment Coordinator will review payment options and any estimated dental insurance to assist you in setting up financial arrangements for your care.
Dental Insurance
We know that dental insurance is an important benefit to help our patients receive the dental care that they need and deserve. Dental insurance plans very greatly and change often; please plan to bring your dental insurance card to each appointment.
At Magnolia Dental Spa of Athens, we file dental insurance claims electronically and will send any necessary narratives, dental photos or digital x-rays as needed to help you maximize your plan benefits.
In making financial arrangements for your care, we will estimate your dental insurance assistance and ask that you pay for any co-pays, deductibles or non-covered services the time of treatment. Read more: Dental Insurance FAQ
Unfortunately, dental insurance will not guarantee payment, however, we will do our very best to gather the information needed to assist you in processing your claims.
Magnolia Dental Spa Health Club
Patients without dental insurance can enroll in our Magnolia Dental Spa of Athens Health Club. Our Health Club membership includes preventive dental care with your monthly subscription.
